|Recommended: YesOutstanding — Manager, staff and maintenance are excellent. They are very approachable and good of what they do. The parking is great. , I love the way this apartment is built. The only thing I wish is to add an elevator for old people and with weak knees. And to approach the dog owners to be more responsible to clean their dogs mess. Otherwise this is a very good community.

If I didn't have a rented space there would be a great problem, handicaped — Yes, move here, you will love It is quite, safe, and well keep I haven't had any problems in the 7months that I have been here. The neighbors are all very nice and respectful of each others property. My daughter is wheel-chair bound and says she Loves it here and feels very safe She can even get out and go around in her wheel-chair with out fear because it is secured and close to every thing. She enjoys going down the ramp to the shopping center, for her outing's

It's convenient, close to the freeways, stores and management is excellent. The grounds are kept clean The maintenance staff keep everything working and if I need them, they come out to the apartment within a day to fix whatever might need fixing. The landscaping staff keep everything beautifully growing and trimmed
|Recommended: YesMy resort in the neighbourhood — It feels good to be living in the only community that I know is really safe and comfortable. In fact, we will be getting a 2 bedroom unit here. It's the place to stay.

|Recommended: YesGrounds are well groomed. Great and professional managment. — It is a beautiful community and has stayed that way the entire 8 months I've been here. Cindy is the nicest manager I have ever dealt with and she is a pleasure to speak to. The only issue I have with the complex in general is the residents that still insist on smoking on their patios. The issue has been addressed by management, yet some residents still believe they are above such rules. Other than that, I am very pleased with this community.
|Recommended: YesElan Sevilla — It is a nice gated community, It has a very extravagant and homey feeling. All the people I've met here are very nice and keep to themselves. The location is great because you are surrounded by everything you need and conveniently there is a ramp connecting the apartments the shopping plaza located behind it. The pool and hot tub area are very nice and relaxing.
|Recommended: YesPeaceful place to live in and start a family... — The staff is very professional thus making it a great place to live... have lived 3yrs myself and counting. Any concerns you may have just bring it to them and they will take care of it in a timely manner.
