|Recommended: YesNice place, lots of kids, slow maintenance response — The apartments are nice and comfortable, the grounds are beautiful, but there are a lot of kids who make ample use of the pool. Almost every weekend the pool is packed with screaming kids. Also, the pool filter is loud at night. If you can get an apartment that doesn't face the pool, you should. I never hear my neighbors through the walls or floor, but I hear people at the pool all the time. There are regular malfunctions with the gate that can sometimes take days to get fixed. Since I've lived here I've submitted two maintenance requests that have never been answered. Parking is limited. I can usually find a spot, but it's usually on the opposite side of the complex from my apartment. A few times there have been no open spots at all and I've had to find alternative parking. The office staff is very friendly and helpful, but the contract is insane. Most rental contracts are one-page documents, sometimes two sided. The Sevilla contract is nearly 50 pages. The gate and path that lead to the shopping center on the south side of the complex is amazingly convenient. Groceries, coffee, limited restaurants, hair salons and more are located within a very short walking distance.
